General Training Schedule

Personal, tailor-made training plan for each individual student.

Our goal is that each student achieves his or her individual goals in the best possible way. Although we have fixed training times (see schedule below), we design the training sessions individually and according to the goals of each student.

Train 1 year in 1 month!

Put it this way: If you train in a regular club, you can train 2 or 3 times a week. With us, you can get 1 year of training packed into 1 month!

We train 3-4 times a day, 6 days a week! But don’t worry. You can start training at your own pace and we will help you develop your strength, flexibility and speed very quickly. With commitment during each training, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you will progress.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our certified masters will help you progress as quickly as possible, taking into account your abilities and possibilities.


Here is our current training schedule so you can get a better understanding of our general training times. The content of each training session depends on your training program and your personal goals, which we will discuss with you personally as soon as you are here with us.
